About Hannah

Hannah serves as the Prevention and Outreach Coordinator at NuPAGE Communities where she leads programs that support youth, families, and the community through health and wellness initiatives. She works closely with schools, organizations, and coalitions to offer services ranging from after-school programs to awareness campaigns—both locally and across the county.

Hannah serves on several countywide coalitions, including the DuPage County Prevention Leadership Team and the DuPage County Behavioral Health Collaborative, where she represents the Youth Mental Health Subcommittee on the Executive Committee. She also volunteers with NAMI Illinois’ Next Generation Minds Project where she serves as the Young Professionals Cohort Representative, mentors youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and supports the DuPage County Teen Reality Ambassadors. In 2025, she was named the DuPage County Adult Changemaker.

Hannah is an experienced trainer and presenter who has spoken at national, statewide, and countywide conferences, as well as school district institute days and community trainings. She is passionate about helping professionals use data, youth voice, and collaboration to build programs that truly work.

Fun Fact

Outside of work, she enjoys a good book and exploring all kinds of creative projects.

About Kierney

Kierney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work there as well. She began her journey with NEDFYS as an intern in the Prevention department before stepping into a full-time role. Prior to joining the team, Kierney gained extensive experience in the service industry and volunteered locally through Aurora University’s Social Work Club as well as on her own.

Outside of work, Kierney enjoys crafting, walking her dog, catching up on the latest binge-worthy shows, and simply relaxing. She is a devoted fan of Dr Pepper and all things purple.

Fun Fact

She also works part-time at Ramsay’s, the Gordon Ramsay restaurant in downtown Naperville—where she’s even had the chance to meet the chef himself.
